Once we have finished this process it then goes to be hand cleaned by one of our trained cleaning techs, with a specialized cleaning product. Then they will analyze each piece of electronics with a close eye to ensure no soot, bacteria, or claim substance is left behind, this process can be done before and after entering the ion/ozone room. We determine this when the items come in and what kind of claim they have been through.
